These terms govern your use of Sonoran Tutoring’s website, tutoring services, and family portal (together, the “Services”). Sonoran Tutoring is a private K–5 tutoring practice based in Chandler, Arizona. By booking a session, using our website, or accessing the portal, you agree to these terms.
We provide personalized one-on-one tutoring for students in grades K–5. A Meet & Greet is a free, no-obligation conversation to understand your child’s needs; it does not create an ongoing commitment. Recommendations about session frequency and focus are based on our professional judgment and are not a guarantee of any particular academic outcome.
Sessions are 60 minutes. Session times, invoices, and amounts reflect the tutoring arrangement between the tutor and each family, including any Arizona ESA program details that apply to your account. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Sessions purchased in a package do not expire. The family portal is a record-keeping and communication tool; it does not itself process payments.
The portal is for the tutor and invited families only. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account. Access may be granted or removed at the tutor’s discretion. Please use the portal only to manage your own tutoring relationship — do not attempt to access other families’ information, disrupt the Services, or use them unlawfully.
You agree to use our website and contact form for genuine inquiries about tutoring and not for spam, automated submissions, or any unlawful purpose.
We aim to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may update or discontinue features. We may also update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Services means you accept the changes.
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Sonoran Tutoring is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
